We collect data in three ways:

• Data you give us — When you purchase the memoir, submit the contact form, or sign up for updates, we collect your name and email address.
• Payment data — Payments are processed by Paystack. We never store your card details. Paystack's privacy policy applies to payment processing.
• Usage data — Standard web analytics (pages visited, referrer, device type, approximate location). We use privacy-respecting analytics that do not use cookies where possible.

• To deliver your memoir purchase and send your download link.
• To respond to contact form submissions.
• To send product updates if you opted in (you can unsubscribe any time).
• To understand how people use the site so we can improve it.

We do not sell your data. We do not use it for advertising.

We process your personal data under the following bases: contract (to fulfil your purchase), legitimate interest (site analytics, fraud prevention), and consent (marketing emails — opt-in only).

If you are in Nigeria, the Nigeria Data Protection Regulation (NDPR) applies. If you are in the EU/UK, GDPR applies. We comply with both.

We use the following third-party services that may process your data:

• Paystack — payment processing (Nigeria/Africa)

Purchase records (name, email, tier, timestamp) are retained for 7 years for tax and legal compliance. Contact form submissions are retained for 12 months. Analytics data is aggregated and not personally identifiable after 90 days.
